Refund policy
This policy is issued by Vantix Commerce Ltd, trading as "Chef Pro Sealer", a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16630450, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Vantix Commerce Ltd.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work at Chef Pro Sealer, including who pays for return shipping in each case, how long refunds take, and the exact steps to request a return.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days we are unable to accept returns, except where required by applicable consumer law.
Free Shipping and Free Returns
We offer free shipping and free returns on every order. You will never be charged for return shipping for any reason — whether the item is faulty, you received the wrong item, or you simply changed your mind. Once your return request is approved we will email you a free, pre-paid return shipping label.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused and undamaged
- In its original packaging with all included accessories (vacuum sealer unit, bags, charging cable, etc.)
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Refund Circumstances and Processes
1. Change of Mind
If you simply change your mind about your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Return shipping is free, and you will be refunded the full purchase price to your original payment method.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Defective Item
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is faulty, damaged, or defective in any way, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos or a short video showing the issue. We will arrange a free return and either send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
3. Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item that does not match what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return of the incorrect item and send you the correct product at no additional charge, or issue a full refund if you prefer.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. Return shipping for the original item is free.
5. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification, in addition to the rights above. Return shipping is free.
How to Request a Return — Step by Step
- Email Support@chefprosealer.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. If the item is faulty or wrong, please attach photos.
- Our support team will reply within 8 business hours to confirm your return and email you a free pre-paid return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Attach the pre-paid return label and drop the parcel off at your local postal service.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Important: items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving a return authorisation will not be accepted.
Refund Method and Timeframe
All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). We do not offer cash refunds or store credit unless the customer specifically requests store credit.
Timeframe:
- We process refunds within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- You will receive your refund in your original payment account within up to 10 business days after we approve it.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still have not received it, please contact us at Support@chefprosealer.com and we will follow up with the payment provider.
Damages and Issues on Arrival
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. The faster you report the issue, the faster we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, washed, or are no longer in their original condition
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (except where required by law)
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@chefprosealer.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, please follow the standard return process above once it arrives.
