Shipping Costs
We offer FREE shipping on every order to all of the countries we ship to. There are no hidden handling fees, no insurance fees, and no surprise charges at checkout.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs charges that may be imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and UK public holidays). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch, estimated delivery times by destination are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 3–14 business days
- European Union: 3–14 business days
- United States: 3–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local postal services, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking and How to Check Your Order Status
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to begin updating in the carrier system.
You can check the status of your order at any time in two ways:
- Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- Visit the Track Your Order page on our website and enter your order number and email address.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder, or contact us at Support@chefprosealer.com.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can happen due to customs processing, weather, high demand, or other events outside of our control. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Support@chefprosealer.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
Missing, Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
- Check around your delivery address — including porches, side doors, mailboxes, and with neighbours.
- Wait 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive.
- Contact your local postal carrier with your tracking number for more information.
- If the package is still missing, contact us at Support@chefprosealer.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or full refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at Support@chefprosealer.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
